Product Information

1. What are the measurements for each headband holder?
   Since each one is hand-crafted, it varies. However, they are approximately: L #x#; W#x#. Fairy and bug wingspan is between W#x# and #x#. 
2. Do you take custom orders?
   Absolutely! Please contact us at punkyandolivia@gmail.com to discuss themes, colors and personalization. A 1-letter monogram is included in the price of the "Ballerina Princess" headband holder style. To personalize a Fairy or Ladybug headband holder, add $3.
3. How many headbands and bows does each headband holder hold?
   Well...LOTS! :-) Most holders contain a minimum of 3 loops going down the center (some up to 5 or 6). Side ribbons are also looped to hold larger or additional headbands (stack 'em up!). Clip on barrettes and bows to your heart's desire to any of the ribbons. Clipping to fairy wings and tulle skirt is not recommended.
4. How do I care for my headband holder?
   They are designed to be used and durable. However, please hang on a wall or hook and keep away from children 3 and under. Because of the materials used, keep away from flames or heat if fire is a concern. Clipping to fairy wings and tulle skirt is not recommended.
5. Do you have other styles?
   Indeedy! We are continually looking for new ways to help you and your princess get organized in style. Please check back on this site for future designs—or we can create something together with your vision.

 Purchasing/Placing an Order

1. Where can I place an order/make a purchase?
   
   • Shop in-person.
   • E-mail punkyandolivia@gmail.com to discuss colors, themes, personalization or to purchase from our inventory.
2. Once I order, when can I expect to receive it?
   We're pretty speedy, however, the production schedule for custom orders will vary based on volume.  Shipping adds an extra 5-14 days (depending on which shipping method you select). Headband holders chosen from our existing inventory can be shipped/purchased on-site immediately.
3. What if I need it sooner?

Payment

1. Which payment methods do you accept?
   
   Cash. We also will be accepting credit cards as of May 5, 2012!

3. What is the charge for shipping?
   
   Shipping is additional and will be based on the shipping method you select.

Our products are designed to be artful treasures and not toys. For the safety of your little one and the art, please use as directed. All attachments are secured with great care, but there is always the chance they may come undone. May contain small parts and are therefore recommended for girls aged 4-100. Please hang on the wall or ceiling and enjoy as intended! And, as always, keep away from flames or high heat. If you have questions, please contact us.
